The Perfect Omelet •6 Large Eggs •Philadelphia Cream Cheese • ½ Cup of Vidalia Onion Bros. Sweet Peppers & Onions •Fresh Lean Ham or Turkey (or Bacon if Desired) •Light Virgin Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil. Crack eggs and place in blender (Best if eggs are brought to room temp), Heat 4 tbsp. Of oil, Pour in well-blended eggs and cook until done on one side, Flip twice cooking each side thoroughly, After second flip turn off heat and add Cream Cheese, Sweet Peppers & Onions and Ham while omelet is in pan. Wait 30 Sec and Slide Omelet onto plate while flipping omelet in half over ingredients. Salt to taste. Yield: 2-3 omelets.
