Two 8oz. blocks of cream cheese
½ cup Vidalia Onions, chopped
1 large can of chicken, drained
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes, drained
¼ cup chopped hot peppers (your choice)
Mix all ingredients together and place into baking dish. Bake at 325° for 10-15mins (until bubbling in the center). Let cool for 5 mins.
