Back in September, 2020, we began planting the seeds for our 2021 crop of Vidalia Onions. Mother Nature blessed us with ideal conditions that day – temperatures barely broke 70°, and we enjoyed a gentle breeze.
Here are some snapshots from that day, along with some description of steps we’re taking to prepare the field and plant the seeds.
